Taking Attendance in Zoom
Taking attendance in Zoom can be useful to instructors or meeting organizers. A Zoom Usage Report will reveal who attended a meeting and for how long. Attendees will need to ensure their Zoom log in names are recognizable.
- Log into Zoom
- Click on Reports
- Select Usage
- Select the date range of the meeting. Note: Reports are available 30 minutes after the meeting.
- Click on the number of participants link on the right to open the list of attendees.
- Select the Unique Users box to merge multiple logins from single users.
- Export to Excel or enter information in the Blackboard attendance tool.
