Taking Attendance in Zoom

Taking attendance in Zoom can be useful to instructors or meeting organizers. A Zoom Usage Report will reveal who attended a meeting and for how long. Attendees will need to ensure their Zoom log in names are recognizable.

  1. Log into Zoom
  2. Click on Reports

  3. Select Usage

  4. Select the date range of the meeting. Note: Reports are available 30 minutes after the meeting.

  5. Click on the number of participants link on the right to open the list of attendees.

  6. Select the Unique Users box to merge multiple logins from single users.

  7. Export to Excel or enter information in the Blackboard attendance tool.
